I beg to state that my son Lobsang Tsering aged 16 years is handicap by birth. I have consulted both Tibetan and western medicine but shown no improvement. Later with the support of Rajpur RTWA we could sent him to RAPHAEL'S ASHWASAN DAY SCHOOL and found little improvement in his overall growth and development. Some how they couldn't sent his scholarship to continue in the same school. We applied to Department of Education to consider the case. Who guided us to approach the Department of Health. Although I have submitted all the required documents to the Department of Health but so far I have not receive any intimation from Department of Health.

Recently I have learnt that your kindself is starting a program to help the handicap Tibetan children.

I therefore request your kindself to provide some assistance to make his life better living.
